Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms explain how the Life Armour Movement app works, what membership includes, and your rights as a UK consumer. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

The Life Armour Movement app (provided by Life Armour) offers on-demand video workouts, structured programmes and progress tracking across two tracks: Iron Mode (gym and weights) and Flow Mode (Tai Chi, calisthenics and mobility). Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or over to create an account. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; sharing logins is not permitted.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, post offensive comments, or attempt to copy or redistribute content.

3. Accounts and membership

A free account gives access to wellness tips, your dashboard and your profile. Workouts, programmes and training planners require a paid membership, which costs £3.99 per month (including any applicable VAT).

If a payment fails, access continues for a short period while the payment is retried; if it cannot be collected, the membership ends. Membership renews automatically every month on the date you subscribed until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Membership page. Your membership continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Your 14-day right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. Because membership gives you immediate access to streamed content, we ask you to expressly agree at checkout that access starts straight away and that you lose this right once streaming begins. If you have not used any member content, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

5. Price changes

If we change the monthly price we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Health and safety

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Please read our Health Disclaimer before training. You take part at your own risk and should stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

7. Content and community

All videos, text and branding belong to Life Armour or its licensors. When you post comments or ratings, keep them respectful; you grant us permission to display them within the app and we may remove anything inappropriate.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the app running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Contact us.
